UNIQUELY SIAM is looking for regional managers to introduce our sterling silver jewelry products to the US market. The mission of the regional manager is to recruit, train and motivate a team of sales consultants directly selling to the consumer.
We offer an opportunity to generate a monthly income between $7,200 and $9000 and a start up bonus program that will generate an additional $7000 + in the first few months.
No experience in jewelry is required as we have a complete training program for our managers. What we are looking for, is people with the following background.
* The ability to recruit and manage a team of at least twenty sales consultants.
* To be an affective sales trainer and motivator.
* Full time dedication, this is not a part time position.
* Must be a self starter as income is 100% commission and overrides on your sales team.
